Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our store (5002 King street unit 101 Beamsville Ontario) Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly. That said, we're happy to help you troubleshoot—just reach out to us at info@thebougiehippie.ca.
